Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 About 1/2 chocolate chips
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. amaretto liqueur
- Cheesecake:
- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup broken pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
To make crust, process chocolate chips, bread crumbs, pecans, coconut and amaretto for about 1 minutes in processor. Then press into a greased 10-inch spring form pan.
To make cheesecake, put cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla in bowl, mixing after each addition. In a bowl, blend eggs for about 1 minute and add to mixture (don't over-mix once you're added eggs. Pour into spring form top with caramel sauce, pecans and chocolate chips. Bake in a 250°F oven for about 2 1/2 hours. Turn oven off and let cheesecake rest in oven for 2 or more hours. Cool. Makes 8-10 servings.
