BLINTZ SOUFFLE

  • FOR EACH DOZEN FROZEN BLINTZES
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 PINT SOUR CREAM
  • Beat together.
  • Add 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • Add 1/2 CUP SUGAR

Preparation

Step 1

Use DEEP METAL TINS.

Pour ¼ STICK MELTED BUTTER into bottom of pan

Place BLINTZES in pan

Poour egg mixture into pan

Bake ( 350??) until risen and almost firm

Can then cool, cover , and refrigerate to rewarm at a later time.
