    slice fat-free cheddar cheese

    small light hamburger bun with about 80 calories (or alternative below)

    tbsp. thick teriyaki marinade with about 20 - 25 calories per tbsp. (like the kind by Lawry's)

    thick slices tomato

  • 1

    leaf lettuce

  • 1

    tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Bring a skillet (or grill pan) sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove. Place pineapple in the skillet and cook until slightly blackened and caramelized, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside to cool. Add patty to the skillet and cook until hot, about 2 minutes per side. Place cheese slice on top of the patty while still in the skillet. Place the cheese-topped patty on the bottom half of the bun, and top with teriyaki sauce. Add pineapple, tomato, and lettuce.
