French "Lite" Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1/4 cup skim evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla
  • 4 slices bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except bread in blender. Pour into a bowl and dip the bread in the egg batter. Spray a nonstick pan or griddle with vegetable food spray. Cook the battered bread on the griddle until brown, turning once. Serve with a low calorie pancake syrup. Enjoy!
