Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. brewed coffee
- 6 ladyfingers
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 container (8oz) marscapone cheese
- 1 c. chocolate milk
- 2 tbsp. baking cocoa
- whipped cream and chocolate curls
Preparation
Step 1
Brush coffee over ladyfingers; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat ice cream, cheese, and milk till smooth. Divide among parfait glasses. Sprinkle w/ cocoa. Place a ladyfinger in each glass. Top w/ whipped cream and chocolate curls. Serves 6.
