Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 20 pieces chicken, bone in skin on
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic, pepper and cinnamon. Add chicken turning to coat and marinade for 2 hours.
2. Remove chicken and discarde marinade. Sprinkle with salt and grill. Turning occasionally for about 45 minutes.
