Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers from 7 oz. jar
  • 3 T. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Bite-size round tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

-In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprig and tortilla chips. Spoon into serving bowl.
-Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 min. before serving.
