Cut Out Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator.

Once fully chilled, flour a flat surface and knead dough. May need to add more flour. Roll out with floured rolling pin and cut out.

Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
