MARSHMALLOW SLICE

Got this recipe from an old book - Master Chef Cookbook from Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre - 1982 - a gift from my Grandma Mary

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 - 6 oz pkgs butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 pkg small marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips in double boiler. When melted - take off heat and cool. Add marshmallows. Put in 9x9 greased pan. Cool. Cut in squares.
