Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 2 boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2-1 small onion, diced
- 2-3 celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 cup relish
- 1/2-3/4 cup lowfat mayo
- 10-15 grapes, sliced
- Dill, salt, & pepper to taste
- Serve on bread or pita pockets
- Top with Lettuce & Tomato, if desired
- Top with cheese to creat a Tuna Melt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together tuna, eggs, onion, celery, relish, and mayo.
Add grapes and mix gently.
Add seasoning to taste.
Top with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
For TUna Melt, top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted.
