Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup Kraft Light Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 large egg
- 1-1/2 tsp. oil
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup maple syrup, warmed
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT nonstick griddle to 375°F. Beat first 5 ingredients with whisk just until blended.
POUR 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle; cook 2 to 3 min. or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn to brown other sides.
SERVE topped with berries and syrup.
