Paleo Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. ghee
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • Leaves from one sprig of fresh rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Place chopped onion in a skillet with the ghee and rosemary.
Cook until translucent.
Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
Let simmer until the desired consistency - the longer the more flavorful!
Enjoy over cauliflower rice!
