Corny Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 16 oz. can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 7 oz. box corn muffin mix

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs with butter. add salt, corn muffin mix, and sour cream, beat well. Add corn. Bake in 8" x 8" pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minute
