Easy Jam

Jams and syrups made with less sugar are available in your grocery store. Look for them and keep them on the shelf or try these simple yet delicious recipes.* These also make very nice gifts at holiday time or for a special person who needs cheering up.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (20 oz) frozen berries
  • 1 small pkg berry-flavored no sugar gelatin

Preparation

Step 1

Place berries in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add the dry gelatin mix. Stir. Remove from heat. Cover and allow to sit for 15 minutes. In a blender jar, blend a few minutes until well mixed and smooth. Spoon into a glass or plastic container with a tight lid. Store in the refrigerator.
