Ingredients
- 1/2 LB. Mini Bow Tie Pasta
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 1/2 LB. Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/2 Cup Basil Pesto
- 1/2 LB. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese cut into small cubes
- Parmigiana Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional- Cucumbers, toasted Pine Nuts, Feta Cheese instead of Mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta to pkg. directions, drain. When cooled add remaining ingredients and toss together. Season with Salt and Pepper.
