Mini Taco Cups

  • 48 Tostitos scoops
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 8-12 pickled jalapeno pepper slices, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsps taco seasoning
  • 1 can vege chili
  • 1/2 shredded taco chz

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to broil. Place 48 scoops on cookie sheet. In a small bowl combine sour cream, jalapenos and taco seasoning. Place 1 tsp of chili into each scoop. Top with 1/2 tsp chz. Place on top rack for 1-2 mins until chz melts and chili warm. Top with sour cream mix.
