Raisin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 c. + 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose or bread flour
  • 2 tbsp. dry milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. margarine, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tsp. active dry yeast OR
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fast rise yeast
  • 3/4 c. raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Bread select: Sweet

Add water to pan.
Mix flour, dry milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to pan and tap to settle. Make a well in the middle. Place a piece of marg. into each corner.
Add yeast to well.
Program for Sweet, then color setting. When beep sounds add raisins.
