Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 qt. butter-pecan flavored ice cream, melted
• 4 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 pkg. (1lb) sliced cinnamon-raisin bread, toasted
• 2 Rome apples, peeled and chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
• 1 Tbs. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine first two ingredients. Stir in bread and apples; toss to coat. Spread into a 11 x 7 x 2" baking dish coated with butter-flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
