Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp worchestire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in fry pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes till tender. Add beak. Cook and drain off fat. Add tomatoe sauce, milk, worchestire, sugar and seasonings. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes till very thick. Serve over toasted bread or rolls.
Shred cheese over top.
