Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate powder
  • 1/2 half banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon white kidney bean extract
