Ingredients
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 or 1/2 inch-thick slices
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut (1 can) rinsed and well drained
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and cook for a few minutes, then add sausage and cook over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or until onions are tender and sausage is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add sauerkraut, mustard, and caraway seeds to skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
