Green Olive and Artichoke Tapenade (add to cream cheese for a spread)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. capers, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tea. Dijon mustard
  • 10 large pitted green olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse to desired smoothness.

Yield - 1 1/2 cups

Add to cream cheese for a nice cracker spread
