Fruity Breakfast Milkshake
Tell your kids you're making them milkshakes for breakfast and they'll be starting a Mom Fan Club. This sweet, fruity shake (really, a healthy smoothie) is filled with protein, fiber, and bone-building calcium. Slurping with a fun straw is a must!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup(s) milk, (skim, soy, or almond)
- 1/2 cup(s) banana(s)
- 1 cup(s) berries, frozen
- ice cubes, 3-5
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and just add a straw!
