BAKED CORN DIP

  • 2 cans corn (about 15 oz ea), drained
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz canned chopped green chiles
  • 4 oz chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 2 cups grated cheddar (divided use)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.

Coat baking dish with nonstick spray, then pour dip into the baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with Fritos Scoops or other chips.
