BBQ CHICKEN LEGS

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4-6 chicken legs
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ cup of lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire
  • 2 tabasco drops
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • ¾ cup of chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of oregano

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven at 375.
2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika and cover the legs.
3. Brown the chicken legs in the butter and olive oil mixture.
4. Brown onion and add garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Pour over chicken, cover and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
7. Turn chicken legs and still cook for another 15 minutes.
8. Remove cover and cook an extra 20 minutes
