Ingredients
- 1 package (4 serving size) instant pudding and pie filling.
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (8oz) container cool whip (thawed)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pudding mix (any flavor), sugar, and milk in a small bowl. Beat at a low speed with a mixer until well blended,about 1 minute. Fold in whipped topping and spread on a cake at once.
Frosted cake should be refrigerated.
Note:
For a firmer frosting, let mixture stand for 5 minutes before folding in the Cool Whip
