Pear Martini with Lemon Rosemary

Ingredients

  • Rosemary Syrup:
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 4 Rosemary Sprigs
  • Martini:
  • 1 750 ML Vodka
  • 5 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Pear Brandy
  • Ice Cubes
  • Rosemary Sprigs for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and water to boil in small sauce pan, add rosemary sprigs. Reduce heart and simmer for 2 minutes. Let mixture cool. Discard rosemary.

Mix ingrendients together and shake well. Granish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
