Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 gloves crushed garlic
- pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsely
Preparation
Step 1
Pull husks off corn and boil in salted water until tender.
Drain and set to cool. Mix butter, EVOO, garlic and pep. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and parsley. Roll corn in butter mix then bread crumbs, grill for 10 mins, turning frequently.
