LAYERED NACHO DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can refried beans
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Layer refried beans. Mashed the avocados with 2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and spread on top of refried beans. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning till smooth and spread on to of avocado mixture. Spread green onions, tomatoes on top of sour cream mixture. Spread black olives and spread the cheese on top.
