  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 bottle catsup (36 oz)
  • 1 bottle of barbecue sauce
  • (Jack Daniels Smokehouse (12 oz size)
  • 4 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 c dark molasses
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 large can kidney beans (2lb 9oz)
  • 1 large can pork and beans (2lb 9oz)
  • 1 large can butter beans (2lb 9oz)
  • 1 large can great northern beans (2lb 9oz)



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut up bacon and brown, save drippings, add onion, brown,
add ground beef brown. Mix all together and make sure the
ground beef is separated and thoroughly mixed into all the
ingredients. Add all of the other ingredients and mix.
Open all beans and mix the above ingredients gently through
the beans thoroughly. Bake 2 hours. Let settle at least 1 hour
before serving so flavors meld together. This recipe freezes
well in any amount. Remove juices from beans.
