Pork Chops with Mustard Topping

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 8 pork chops
  • 2 green peppers 1 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • garlic
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice pepper thinly
2. Heat half of butter in skillet. Saute peppers until tender crisp. Remove & put in large baking dish.
3. Heat remaining butter in skillet w/ garlic. Brown pork chops about 1 minute on each side.
4. Place pork chops over peppers in baking dish. Sprinkle w/ garlic salt & pepper.
5. Blend all topping ingredients together. Spread on top of chops. Sprinkle w/Parmesan.
6. Bake at 400 for about 15 min. or until lightly browned.
