Ingredients
- Roll Dough:
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cube butter (softened)
- 3 T. yeast
- 3 cups warm water
- -mix together
- add 5 cups flour
- -mix
- Frosting:
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- -add powdered sugar to desired consistency

Preparation
Step 1
-Add 2-4 cups more flour to roll dough. Add them one at a time and mix, then test dough. The dough should be slightly sticky, but not t sticky to work with. Let raise for 15 minutes.
-Roll out dough to rectangle shape. Spread butter over the dough. Sprinkle desired amount of brown sugar and cinnamon over dough. Roll dough up like jelly roll. Cut into pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet. Raise 10 minutes. Cook at 350-375 until tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and frost.
