Roast Beef and Gravy (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • 1-3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2-10 3/4oz cans condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1/3 cup sherry, wine, or beef broth
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Cut roast in half; place in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine reamining ingredienets; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or until meat is tender.
