Ingredients

  • 1 tbl flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 t/l oil
  • dash pepper
  • 3/4 lb beef cubed
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  • 3/4 cup onions chopped
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 2 med potatoes cubed
  • 2 carrots in pieces
  • 1/4 cup wine or water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour salt and pepper. Coat meat and brown in hot oil. Add soup, water, onion and basil. Cover and bake 350 for 1 hour. Add potatoes, carrots, wine or water. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
