- 1 1/2 C SUGAR 3 TBLS NESTLE QUICK CHOCOLATE

- SIFT 1 TSP BAKING SODA & 1 TBLS VINAGER
- 2 C CAKE FLOUR
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- MIX
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1 C BUTTERMILK

Step 1
ALTERNATE FLOUR MIXTURE & BUTTERMILK INTO SUGAR MIXTURE. ADD 2 OZ OF RED FOOD COLORING & 3 TBLS NESTLES CHOCOLATE. DISSOLVE 1 TSP SODA INTO
1 TBLE VINAGER AND FOLD INTO BATTER.
ICING:
1 C SUGAR
1 STICK BUTTER
1/2 C CRISCO
3 TBLS FLOUR
2/3 C MILK-ROOM TEMP
2 TSP VANILLA
