Bacon Soup*

Can also add Bouillon.

Ingredients

  • 6 large carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can peas
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cube carrots and potatoes.
Add salt and enough water to cover.
Add onions. Cook till tender.
Add peas, juice and all.
Cube bacon and fry crisp and add to soup.
