Ingredients

  • 4 lbs round steak tenderized
  • Flour to make gravy
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cornstarch for gravy
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Pan Gravy
  • 1 pkg instant Chicken broth
  • 1 pint Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and remove from heat.

Make gravy with pan juices, water, broth, cornstarch, and onion powder

Add cream and meat and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
