Ingredients
- 1/3 c. Shortening
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 t. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 T. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 white 1/2 wheat flour

Step 1
mix shortening, sugar, milk, salt, and water. add enough flour to cool milk. Then add eggs and yeast. Add enough flour to make a sticky pliable dough. Mix 10 min. let rise.
Roll, shape, rise, and bake 325* 20 min.
