Chicken in Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6-7 Chicken breast cut into bite pieces
  • 2 green onion, sliced
  • 1 red & green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can coconut milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the coconut milk in the slow cooker.

Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Stir in the coconut milk, and cook for an additional 30 minutes on LOW.
