  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1 PINCH GARLIC SALT
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/2 POUND FRESH SLICED MUSHROOMS
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

Step 1

SEASON PORK CHOPS WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND GARLIC SALT.
IN LARGE SKILLET, BROWN CHOPS OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS ANS SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE. POUR SOUP OVER CHOPS. COVER, REDUCE HEAT TO LOW. SIMMER 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHOPS ARE COOKED THROUGH.
