Brownie Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • i pkg brownie mix (13 x 9 inch pan size)
  • 4 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 squares semi sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly

Preparation

Step 1

350* preheated oven.
9 x 13 baking dish, lined with foil extending over edge.
Prepare brownie mix according to directions. Place in pan and bake until top is shiny and almost set.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time. Pour over brownie and bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Run knife or spatula around edge to loosen. Refrigerated 4 hrs. or overnight.
Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Lift from pan using extended aluminum foil. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
