zucchini crescent pie

Ingredients

• 2 tab. butter
• 4 cups thinly sliced zucchini
• 1 cup thinly sliced onions
• 2 tab parsly 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp basil
• 1/4 tsp oregano
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 2 cups shredded cheese your choice
• crescent rolls or pie crust your choice
• mustard

Preparation

Step 1

put either crescents or pie crust in pie pan and lightly spread with mustard
sautee the zucchini and onions in butter stir in spices and add to eggs and cheese and pour into crust and bake 18 to 22 min 375
