Ingredients
- 6 leaves fresh basil
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 springs fresh oregano
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. olive oil

Step 1
Place basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano and garlic in a 12 oz. bottle. Using a funnel, pour oil into bottle. Cover tightly, and refrigerate any unused portions. Use with 2-3 days.
