Ingredients
- ♦ 1 slice white bread per pound of hamburg (soaked in milk)
- ♦ 1 beaten egg for each pound of hamburg
- ♦ 1 garlic clove for each pound of hamburg
- ♦ ¼ cup parmesan cheese per pound
- ♦ 1 TBS parsley per pound
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a bowl, add hamburg, eggs, bread, garlic, cheese and parsley. Mush all together until completely mixed. Form mixture into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until brown (about ½ hour.)
