Mexican Pizza

Sounds weird, but tastes delicious. Real thing doesn't look exactly like the picture. From Seventeen.

Ingredients

  • 1 8" pita
  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 1/2 cup precooked chicken breast strips
  • 2 tbsp. sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup shredded low-fat cheddar chease
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the pita on a baking sheet (spray with PAM or put down wax paper otherwise it will stick) and spread salsa on it. Add the grilled chicken breast strips and sliced olives, then sprinkle a layer of cheese on top. Season with a little salt and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Remove and garnish with cilantro. Cut into four slices, and dig in!
