Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp zucchini, grated
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients, except the vanilla, into a saucepan and heat until the mixture passes the “fudge test.”
The fudge test is: dropping a small amount of the mixture into a glass of cold water and if it forms a ball, the test is passed.
Then add the vanilla and beat with an egg beater or mixer until smooth. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet or into a large cake pan. Cut when cool.
