Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. frozen blueberries, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix egg, oil, milk and sugar. Add remaining ingredients except blueberries. Mix into smooth batter, fold in berries. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Run knife around edges to loosen them. Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
