Lemony Baked Fish - Dairy Free

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 1/2 - 2 lemons)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. natural applesauce
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 lb. catfish fillets (or other favorite whitefish)
- 1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix well, lemon juice, oil, applesauce, and egg white. Place fish fillets in marinade and place in refrigerator for an hour. Remove fillets, dip in bread crumbs (preseasoned or add your own seasoning), then refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400˚ oven for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
