Butter - Ledson Hotel Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (4 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley (leaves only)
  • 3 T lemon juice (juice from about 1 lemon)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in blender with the paddle attachment until mixed completely. Can be stored in ridge for up to one month.
