Oven Fried Ravioli

  • 1 pkg. (13oz) frozen square cheese ravioli
  • 3/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • 1/4 c. grated parm
  • 1 c. marinara
  • 3 tbsp. half & half
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, optional



Step 1

Cook ravioli, drain, and dry. Preheat oven to 400. Coat baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Combine sour cream and milk. Combine separately: crumbs, pecans, and parm cheese. Coat ravioli, one at a time, in sour cream mixture, then bread crumb mix. Arrange 1" apart on baking sheet. Generously coat w/ cooking spray. Bake till golden, about 20 mins. Combine marinara sauce and half and half; heat on medium heat 5-7 mins. Transfer to platter. Serve with sauce.
